I agree, they obviously didn't think that it was christmas.    I know Virgin Active is closed. Also what is the need for a rest day on the 4th day of your training. surely people that are aiming for a sub 3 ride already. i'd expect a rest day to be on like a monday after a tough weekend

I did the first two sessions , as per the program and asked the coach what advantage you will get from riding before eating except weight loss which I really need.

I will be riding on the 25th but no gym, Its the only day in the year that Virgin is closed. Glad i am not employed there. Had to use them yesterday afternoon as well to do session due to huge thunderstorm.

Hey yes thanks man I got all the stuff on the websites but then I also went to my gym and the blokes gave me quite a good program, I did it this morning and now I am hurting (I am doing tomorrow today and rest tomorrow).

Its amazing you get to these gyms with all their high tech equipment and machines but at the end of the day they guys get you onto the old'n good weights and basic stuff!!

I also struggle with all this low intensity training, sheesh!  especially to keep my cadience up, i am more comfy at 80-85, also feel like I am not working, but well I guess they know their stuff, lets see what happens.

Where are you going todo your hill intervals?

Will there be enough time in the day to do the training now that work has started?
