Okay I am taking the plunge into Tubeless after being a wimp and riding tubes and liners on tubeless rims only because I was afraid of the unknown lol

But one question: I am getting new tyres and I see some specify that they are tubeless and others not (like on CRC I suckle to find tubeless in the specs) but in the comments some guys say they are using them as tubeless. So how does one know if they are going to work as tubeless?

The front I am looking at on CRC is the Maxxis Advantage 26 x 2.5 Folding (25 Squid), the back I already have a Continental Race King 2.2 from Solomons (R600) which specifically says Tubeless but now I am clueless so any advice will be appreciated thanks. ?

Tubeless or UST (Universal System Tubeless) tyres normally have stronger side walls which are designed to be air tight.

You can use "normal" tyres for tubeless application, but it takes more effort to get them seated and sealed. You also need a bit more sealant the first time, since the sealant must also seal the tyre where it is not 100% air tight. Also beware that not all tyres work with all rims.

Have a look on Stan's site; there are some nice instructional videos:

Best patches i have used for reparing cuts up to 3cm long , buy the MARUNI patch kits bout 20 bucks ,remove the sealant latex granules inside of the tyre wall  by gently sanding the cut area patch the tyre from the inside leave the plastic film on  ..

Super glue for the beading ?? eish , does not gratf at all .. best solution for getting the beads to "crack" eeee uma sunlight soap!! dip your fingers in the soap & water solution run along the BEADING of the tyre only ..

another way of pumping the tyre up when you are in a place where there is no petrol station or Co2 bombs left , & you really want to ride tubeless...is cut an old tube in vertically in half , rap it around the tyre on the rim , ensure it is centered this creates a small vacuum of air in the centre , so when air is pumped ..with a foot pump air moves faster to the tyre bead & should hopefully hook onto the rim lip.. when in doubt this has worked on a few mtb trips in the transkei..
