I had ghost shifting problems with my Giant NRS which drove me to alcohol and it turned out to be one of the jockey wheels was a bit tight and caused major grief. A fresh set sorted everything out. I don't know, have they replaced yours?

The three times I came across Gost shifting was loose cassettes and a worn back derailieur with lots of lateral play. But it seem that this has been taken care of, so it must be play or movement somewhere. Check your rear triangle for play as well.

Think I may have found the problem, my hanger was loose, thus causing the ghost shifting.

I will go for a decent ride in the morning, and report back.

Thanks for all the help so far

Sometimes the cable get pinc in the outer casing..... as your bike use the susspension and it compresses and extends the outer casing moves with the susspension.  Now if the inner cable is pinched the movment of the outercasing due to the susspension being utilized pulls the cable causing shifting

1)  Re-look at yout cable route

2)   Replace your shifter cables

3) try leaving some slack.

Hope this helps

If it is not the loose hanger, then I am with Pappa Bear.

Most likely a cable routing issue on the section which moves with the suspension. More likely too short outer, but too long can also give problems.

Might even just be a dirty/sticky cable in this section, which causes the tension in the cable to change as the rear shock moves.

The older Anthems (before X) were particularly prone to this.
