cat-i Posted February 21, 2010 Share marathons are 70-80 km, endurance-events for most. not that fast. big fun, you will be tired afterwards. xco are short laps (5-6 km) over relatively technical terrain. different number of laps for different categoriews. this is fast and furious and fun. full-speed all the way. very tired afterwards.
