MTB marathon Training Program

Most of the literature I came across quoted the same 10days before you get the benefit of a training session. Hence the recovery before a event should be in the order of 10days as you need to reduce fatigue, but also any additional work you do wont benefit you for the event.


(First post on new hub, looks cool, but have to get used to it)

very interesting, its as i always say to friends of mine wanting to do marathon races. Listen to your body no1 & what its telling you & rest days are probably one of the most pivotal points to building fitness.
