Previously, things were straightforward for Discovery. Everyone bowed down to King Lance and did as they were told - no matter what !

 

Now - with no central focus - we have a possible 2 headed horse here - Contidor / Levi - personally - I hope that the rookie Conti pulls it off

However, once you have a rider in yellow the politics gets sorted out.

As much as I hate to say this the disco queens are sitting pretty at the moment. A few riders high on the GC and strong enough to challenge for the yellow jersey so looking good for them.

Discovery  need to make a decission. Are they riding for top places in the tour or are they riding to win!!!

Leipheimer needs to sacrifice his 4th position in order to try force chicken to chase and hope that Contador can benifit from the efforts chicken will have to make.

If they dont!!!...........Chicken wins the tour!!!!!..which at the moment looks like he deserves it!!

 

 

That is so true, especially after Popo went up the road and was just ignored by everyone.

Maybe they think Levi can out TT Evans to claim 2/3 podium positions??

I think it's ironic that the Discovery Channel don't cover the TDF.

 

Though there was some good footage & commentary of mountain goats at the end of Sunday's stage.
