My knieg het weer opgepak - sal maar spesialis of iets moet gaan sien jong. Het maar met Adderley teruggery aangesien ek besig was om myself lekker seer te maak teen daai pace.

 

Weet nie wanneer ek weer op die fiets sal wees nie.

Het 5 fisio sessies gehad voor die Karoo 2 Coast, maar ek dink daar is meer fout as wat oorspronklik gedink is. Hoop en vertrou dat ek spoedig weer sal kan ry

Nice ride last night, just heavy windy coming back on Adderly road - I stuck to Moolmans wheel like glue B)

Managed to stick with front bunch( ok, the back of them) most of the way back. At the last regroup I carried on straight to get home at a fairly decent time. Riding on my own the wind was quite hectic on that last stretch home. Did 55km for evening. Quite happy with that.

I am keen to join you guys tomorrow evening but what sort of averages do the two groups do?

The slower group does 25km/h + ave riding speed, with a few stops to wait for back markers.

 

One night I landed in the fast group by accident. On the way out between the Boland / Lubbe st robot and the last robot (next to the big tent church) I was doing 50km/h and could not keep up with the big boys. Should not be a problem for a man with your pedigree........

The "fast" group keeps the pace nice and high out on Wellington Road at about 43-45 km/h, but not to worry, it does go up to 50 + km/h occasionally

dam the guys were not joking about going balls to the wall around that route, went with the "SLOWER" group and managed to stay with.

 

What happend to the 18:15 group you guys get lost or something.
