This weekend it's time for the Ironman world champs again.Who do you think will win and how will Raynard from SA fair?

I hope he wins. But hopefully he makes top 10. Have done so in the past. Also getting a bit long in the tooth now.

Bad luck for Alec Riddle who broke his collar bone overseas and had to come back to the sunny ol' R of SA to have it fixed. Alec had a really bad fall and looks like he is healing up pretty well.Hope he gets back into things for next year.

Viv Francis is also on the list for SA.He is over 70 years old and just keeps on going.Him and Rolf Kordes also close to 70 got me to do my first IM in 2000 in Gordons Bay.

His son and his daughter have done IM.

Raynard was in the mix the whole race, and just kept moving up!

 

And don't forget the swim times too, those are great splits for both of them!!!
