Just be aware that the Campag group will cost a lot more to maintain. If you really want it and are prepared to fork out the cash go for it.

Until you break your first non-repairable STI.

Veloce cassettes are around R400 apiece from CRC etc. and you might go through one every year or two. Likewise chains.

You're right Edman, Veloce bits are pretty cheap on CRC. Maybe go with the Bianchi in that case.

So the ultegra a much better groupset than veloce? But isnt it worth it to get the bianchi frame

I personally would go for the Bianchi. Ultegra isn't much better than Veloce (nor is it much better than 105). It's much easier to upgrade a groupset over time than it is to upgrade a frame.

New is always fun to get, but also consider second hand stuff. You can get a much better spec for a similar price.

The Bianchi every day of the week.

The Silverback is, in all honesty, prolly at least as good a bike to ride. But we don't only ride our bikes. We also look at them, polish them, fuss over them and venerate them. Sad bastards that we are.

Only one of those bikes would make me grin like an idiot...and it's the one that had better be coloured celeste, and should deffinly have a Campagnolo gruppo!

Campy doesn't break so who cares what the spares cost :P Only a Shi(*)mano rider would know the price of Campy spares! I have just changed from Campy to SRAM and really missing it (and yet my friends who went from Shimano to SRAM love it!)

I had campy on my old road bike - the shifters both had to be replaced after a couple years - irrepairable corrosion. I've been running Dura Ace for the past 3 years and the sti's are still going strong.

Bianchi with Campag. You won't regret it is all I can say. If you go for the other option you will always wonder whether it was the right choice and will never be 100% happy. Learn from my subjective experience
