mate Posted October 15, 2010 Posted October 15, 2010 In communication with all parties involved a voice of reason has immeged to be the meal of the day.Hasty actions lead to more wrong than right and mine were not far off.The chain issue is being resolved thanks to all parties involved especially to Paragon being so active and reacting like a brand we've always known it to be.I there for apologise Sean and hope that people will realise that the context that KCNC was put in was completely undeserving.

I have the kcnc skewers and seatpost on my mtb and they are still going strong after two years of abuse. ill buy them again in a heartbeat. have had zero problems up to date.
