Tankman Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 If you one that likes sushi - just have a balanced intake of prawn - these have a high amount of Cholesterol and you dont want to over do it here - enjoy salmon, tuna, and eel with sushi as well. I love sushi! I tried eel the other day and I must say I was pleasantly surprised, it didnt taste like the image I had in my head, slimy monster snake fish, it was very nice actually! My other half does not even remain seated at the table if I remotely indicated a slight desire for eel
Guest Big H Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 Here in Benin City we get boiled peanuts in the shell. Yummy!!!!!!!! ........ And for fifty cents you get enuff for a meal or a sitting watching a rugby game. The boiled p.nuts are seasonal though.
