A HUGE thank you to that Motorist of yesterday

So I was on my daily ride when passing a small shopping centre in the neighbourhood. Watchful as always, I see this dude with a lekker moustache and souped up Yaris is not going to let me pass first before entering the road from the mall parking. Duly slowed down and we missed each other by a meter or so. All I said was "sjoe!" to which he responded "F-of jou po*pol"

I burst out into laughter, and actually want to thank him for making me grin the rest of the way home. Sometimes us cyclists need clowns like you!

Tip, if you see anything tuned for racing, be AWARE! And another , to riders at the back of groups, just glance over your shoulder every few minutes(yes I know Andrew Mclean said on SS never look behind you(that most probably when racing)) and check even on quiet roads what cars are coming up... if the car doesn't look like its being drivin properly you can warn the others.

Surprisingly I have had a positive motorists experiences lately (on my bike of course), ie slow to give way but they are few and far between and my assumption is that they are probably cyclists who have some idea what its like to cycle on these roads.
