chris_w_65 Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 Althogh it is going to be hard for me to motivate myself after not riding for 5 weeks I am going to try and ride to Fratelli on Thursday. If I am pain free when I get there I will take a slow ride on the spruit. I am not chasing, not only have I lost 5 weeks fitness but also don't really want to fall off again just yet. It sounds like some other guys are going to be there so that is some motivation for me to get myself there.
