Alexims/AlexRims ????????

Hi Guys

 

Observation: Merida Scultura evo 904 comes with shimano 105 hubs and Alexrims (according to the website and the picture of the bike on the website clearly shows the rim with the spelling Alexrims)

 

However if uv recently bought this bike - have a look at the rim - AlexRims is spelled Alexims..... (yes without the R)

 

Anybody know why?

Probably chinese knock off, like buying a rolux watch or Pentux camera, or they could just have difficulty in pronouncing their R's

Take it up with the supplier you paid for a set of Alexrims not Alexims

I spoke to the distributor earlier - hes gonna look in to it. He wasnt aware of the difference.

 

Im not yet saying its fake, just want to clarify.

googled it quickly, couple of pages down there is a Chinese company called Alexims
