Hi

are there any cycle groups in the Plattekloof area that train early mornings(got to be back home at 7) or evenings after 17h30?

I have been mountainbiking for 3 years and want to get a few good road rides(on road bike) in before die burger and argus.

Have been doing a few individual rides lately but would prefer joining a group for safety reasons.

cheers

Hi there. Moving to Edgemead at the beginning of November. Another guy already living there also looking for early morning "motivation". It is the intention to do Tiekie Draai 3 mornings a week. Average 27 - 30km/h. Tiekie at about 20 - 22km/h. PM me and we can chat about getting you hooked up with my mate in the interim, and I will join you guys in 2 weeks

We do an easy loop 3 x a week (Tues, Wed, Thurs), weather permitting. Leaving Brakenfell at 04:30 via Old Oak, to Majik Forest, to Panorama then Bellville back to Brakenfell.

You can Hook up with us at between 05:00 and 05:20 depending where and you will be back home by 07:00.

PM me for details.

PS we are currently 2 and are overweight and getting back into things, so not really racing snakes at the moment, but it is still a good workout.
