I can also confirm that, my first race in S/V I was right there up at the front of the race and I thought to myself ?easy peezy?, but the next two seasons I suck, big time. But stick it out, it will come right.

..as to riding in Harmony colours; the way I got dropped last week made me think twice about soiling Harmony's image with my slow, fat body!  Maybe I need to get quicker before trying on the black and red.

Truer word have never been spoken. Last year / season was a learning curve for me. I had to wrong tyres and was using the wrong rims for racing, you really need to make you mind up, do I want to finish the race or will I take a gamble. My American Classic really sucks, I broke a spoke during every 2^nd race, finally got them re-spoked just before the start of the season and so far so good, even did the Gravel section with them. My Easton Tubbies, the tubbies are fine, but I found that I got a flat during 80% of my races, so I changed my Tyres, the really light weight tubbies are not worth not finishing a race, I got the heaviest set I could find and have done one race with them so far, and all is good, I just still need to get some Stans of Joe?s sealant in them to made them even better.<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

ek het dit ook gedoen met my duurder Tubbies wat n screw type value gehad het. Die nuwe Tubbies gebruik daai Zipp Plastic Extensions. SO, So ver ek weet moet jy die tubbies afhaal, extension un-screw, value un-screw ( weet nie of dit n screwable value het nie and ek't vir Lourens BY wILLIEe GEVRA EOM STANS BY TE SIT EN HY HET NOOIT NIE) Sooo, wat stel jy voor, wat gebruik jy en hoe?
