Because the cause of cramping varies greatly from individual to individual, you should try each of the solutions listed above, and see what works for you. For me, it is salt tablets.

Calcium Carbonate. Its an alkaline. which would react with acid in your stomach (H2SO4) and break down into H20, CO2 (the burping part) and some other none acidic compounds

Geek H2SO4 is Sulphuric Acid dude (battery acid).  The stuff in your tummy is Hydrochloric acid, HCL.  (Soutsuur/swembadsuur etc.)

 

When I cramp I usally start worrying if the next cramp is going to be my heart muscleShocked.  Oh and ENO does help.
