Can someone please help me. I purchased from crc and selected parcelforce to deliver. Below is the tracking status updates for my package. Currently I dont have a clue wher emy package is and when they will deliver. Who can I phone to help me?

mine arrived 14 dec according to my tracking number but then took three days to get from int ub, through customs and on to the post office. during that time, it was "missing"

Ordered my Edge 500 from Bike Inn last week Monday;- Wednesday- ding dong, DHL at my door, Spain, Germany, Netherlands and RSA, two days, now that is lekker.

Everybody in SA should know that you do not order anything from anywhere during December using the normal mail service.

 

 

Yep I learnt my lesson. Ordered a saddle fom CRC on 6/12 via Royal Mail hoping to save some bucks as the purchase price didn't warrant the extra cost of UPS or Parcel Force.

 

 

Still waiting..I've resigned myself to probably seeing it at the end of Jan, if ever!!

The Parcelforce part of your delivery took 5 days which is good this time of year. Once it arrives in SA the Post Office takes over...... need we say more? It also needs to be opened and checked by SARS s that could delay it. Yours has been through SARS already so it should be with you in 2 days at most.

Not sure if you have managed to track you package down as yet ...

 

I recently had something lost in the post that I had ordered from the US and this is what I did to find it.

 

Contact Customs on 011 961 6000 - they do actually answer and are pretty helpful. You will need to provide them with a tracking number which they can then use to advise you exactly where your package is.
