I am using fatsecret.com

 

When you choose activity level (on any Calorie counter) I think it is better to choose one with no exercise and then add your exercise manually from the Calories burned on your HRM, it is a much more accurate way.

That was no snack, it was dinner :lol:

I will have an avocado too

 

Here is the info on the tuna snack

 

Columns are --- Fat ---- Carbs --- Protein --- Calories

 

The 170g tuna turned out to be 130g tuna when it was out the can and minus the water (take note, tuna in water not oil)

I used 50g of Kraft Miracle Whip Light and it was more than enough

I added Tobasco for taste

 

My diet is very low on protein so that is why I have added this

Here is the info on my Avo

You need to weigh your whole avo and then weigh what is left over, a 300g avo may well only be 200g of flesh

 

Columns are --- Fat ---- Carbs --- Protein --- Calories

A 186 calories in total? That's not a lot. So do you need eat provitas or low GI bread with that as well?

 

See above, I ham having an Avo with it. If I am still hungry I will have a small piece of cheese

I saw the Avo, but I Don't know if I can live on that little amount of food ;)

 

Take a look what I chowed for the whole day. I may have 50g of cheese later but I don't think so because I am pretty full

This includes 2 Capuchinos :drool: I don't take sugar though

dude, that's almost starvation tactics there!

 

I had:

 

B/fast

 

50g pronutro

200ml low fat milk

 

Snack

 

2 digestives

 

lunch:

 

woolworths egg/mayo sarmie (comes with 3 sections - only had 2 of them. one for tomorrow)

 

dinner

 

veg stir fry consisting of (my portion only)

 

2 asparagus

1/8 red pepper

1/8 green pepper

1 carrot

1/2 red onion

soy sauce

worcestershire sauce

fish sauce

R2 coin size serving of spaghetti = 60g carbs

 

1/2 woolworths carrot & pecan muffin.

 

through the day - 3 litres of water

 

 

Exercise today - 1 hour of cardio and some weights (short pec stack of 3 sets) totalling 1253 kCal...

Forgot to mention, I drank my usual 2L Coke Light today. Forgot to drink my Monster Low Carb

No Exersise today but did 1600 Calories yesterday

lekker!

 

should get in about 3,000 tomorrow... same gym session in the morning, then a chillaxed Tokai mtb session in the arvie with the other half.

 

That'll teach them varmints in my BELLY!
