MTB or roadbike?Looked out the window and realized I was presented with a golden opportunity and I had to capitalize. When there is little to no resistance training molecules in the air in Strand/Somerset West you have to make the most of the situation because it does not happen very often around here, especially when you planned an awesome route like this one. Grabbed the road bike, thought stuff if, I am still doing my ride. And what a perfect day/ride it turned out to be. Had so much fun it turned into 5 passes after I decided to do the "Col du Frans" from both sides. A special word of thanks to Metallica, Guns&Roses, U2, Aerosmith, AC/DC, Greenday and kie, for the company It was a blast!

I was meant to ride with the wife yesterday, but that didn't happen. Had lifesaving duty in the PM so wouldn't have been able to join you anyways. I did have a 5 hour 99'er training ride today though.....
