It's a pity you're having trouble with yours, but even the mighty CRC makes mistakes like this. Once had an order which included a Garmin Forerunner watch. The site clearly said 'In Stock'. Order was placed, and only like 5 days later I got an email form them saying the watch was out of stock. This not only dropped my total order below free shipping, but also the 10% loyalty discount wouldn't be able to be used on the watch purchase. CRC made up for it by giving free shipping anyway, promising to apply 10% to the watch purchase and adding a £5 voucher. My point is... every company makes mess ups. It's going to happen. I guess it's how they deal with them that shows true service and hey... go easy... I wouldn't want somone ranting about our engineering firm all over the internet for every little hiccup. And I'm sure you wouldn't want anyone doing that to your place of business. Like Joe Low said "it doesn't sound too bad to me".

It's a nice alternative to CWC (when they are out of stock), and BuyCycle generally have good prices on SRAM (last time I saved nearly R2k on my SRAM stuffs)... I'll use BuyCycle again anyday

Personally I will def use them again. actually looking at the bike bag on special... Screwups are bound to happen every now and then.Hope you get your stuff sorted

I will order from all of them again. Their prices are good and that is what matters. Although neither one of them have what I am looking for at the moment - Magura Louise brake pads!!! Cycle lab asks R360 - No dude, that is just the pads not the complete brake set!!! Hotspot @ R270 - R90 cheaper than Cyclelab............................................................. The Magura Martha brake pads are R115...But the Louise pads lasted me over 2 years...
