think they called Breath strips! good for your breathing but not good for your mind when you uncoupled from the train and going down the hill backwards :drool: :drool:

I use them every once in a while. They are expensive.

 

It is basically a little spring 'built in' to a plaster. All it does is take the nostrals upwards and in doing so opening the nose a bit.

More oxygen.

 

No rocket science there.

 

I have a nose bone that is skew. Couple of opps when I was little but it always grows skew again.

That little plaster helps me actually get some wind into the turbos! :thumbup:

 

Use it, don't use it!

We used to use them in the pursuit on the track - definitely works, but that is for a 100% effort over a limited period where maximum O2 uptake is required. Can't see the point for footballers and cricketers though.
