I acgree the program seems a bit easy if you want to race competitive...but its essential to ride in the lower zones..it help you to build edurance..so its no use going dead slow either..between 65%-75& is a good zone for edurance training..and try not to freewheel even on the downhills..so your muscles doesn't get chance to recover..your legs are gonna feel rotten and dead after 3hours the first couple of times..but after that you gonna benefit hugely from it..it help you also recover much faster during races
