Ha Ha Kieran Posted February 8, 2011 Share Hi Guys No unfortunately there is only the custom geometry option available on the EMME2 from now on. Lead time for the frame is about 3 months as there is a long waiting list from European markets for the frames. As she is (with the brakes obviously ) she'll sell at R69 995 or R27 995 for the frameset, fork and headset The Cannondale sits at 5.5kgs ex pedals, Garmin and bottlecages For an extra R130 000 (the Cervelo cost was over R200 000) I could easily beat their weight It is a seriously sexy frame! Raw 3K carbon all over
Edge_Design Posted February 8, 2011 Share How much do those wheels weigh? I am still trying to work out where the extra 1.6kg's is on my bike with a very similar build (except with GXP, 1360g alu wheelset, gatorskins and a slightly heavier frame by about 300g)... I also want a 5kg bike! Is that weight an actual reading on a scale or theoretical weight? Anyways, that is an awesome looking bike at an incredible weight! Ha Ha Kieran Posted February 9, 2011 Share Its the same as yours, however Ive already paid for my frame and will receive it first week of March. Are you enjoying your SP9?Alain loves his SP9. The only reason he's swopping to the Mille is he likes the Bling chrome Giro version But then again... Like Alain said, he has 3 Bottecchia's so he must enjoy them

gummibear Posted February 11, 2011 Share That's a bargain for the price and weight. We have just done a Cervelo R5ca and the frame is 685 grams and will cost about R80 000 just for the frame. The bike has Zipp 202 tubular wheels,Zipp bar and stem and full SRAM Red,LOOK blades and Zipp bottle cages on it.It came in at 5.85kgs.Total cost was 13800 euros.
