Any Hubbers out there enjoying Endomondo as much as I am? if you have a blackberry or a iphone this app is so cool, instead of spending R6000.00 for a garmin, a R30 App does the same thing!

below is a pic of the elevation my phone recorded on a cycle yesterday morning, it gives you the route you rode in Google Maps (I think), a kilometer by kilometer breakdown of speed and how long it took you ride the kilo. Having lots of fun with it :)

I use a Nokia and data bundle and it is still not ridiculous. Otherwise I use the Edge and upload after.

Agreed - iPhone battery will die after about 3 hours of using the app. Cheaper and easier just to upload the Garmin file after your ride. I use the app for running and data usage is pretty insignificant. The app itself is amazing - also some pro's that use it, so good to see the hours they are putting in.

I use my Nokia E75, not needed to be connected all the time, only if you want your mates to track you live. Upload your ride/run/ski after and get same details/results added to your profile.

What app do you use with the Nokia?

I use the normal endo app. I have it on a E71 and a 5230 navigator. No problems with either, used it all over the country. We even used in on a canoeing race in the berg.

Nokia users can download sportstracker which pretty much does the same thing, even prettier interface though. Also links to a bluetooth polar HRM strap to integrate HR too. Can download app free from ovi store

i also get some inaccuracies with the speed, normally under-reads the max. i think the delay between measurements has something to do with it. its lots of fun, but when i start a ride now i feel a bit overboard with all the electronics
