If we want to do a race in Jo burg we have to drive 430km there and back and get lost on our way to Cycle Lab (not mentioning the fingers I get from the Gautengers because my Cruiser bakkie has MP plates – I think that’s the reason - ). That is if we can pick up our numbers over the weekend, otherwise we have to do that twice.

ricochet_rabbit Posted February 18, 2011 Posted February 18, 2011 The R4S had a pretty good goody bag. BUT - my Fisherman friends mints that were in there expired in Oct last year. Not that I think it really matters but you would think the supplier would be a bit more careful than that when donating the stuff. I ate them yesterday and am still here this morning to tell the tale, pretty sure I will survive. at some running races we have also been given products that expired some 6-8 months prior to the event. Either they think we are stupid or their expiry dates don't mean jack.....probably the latter
