So I see now they just changed the distance of the race on sunday from 56km to 40km. Anybody know why? Thats a 16km distance difference! Feel a bit cheated paying marathon price for now half marathon?

Rocks are being moved. Rather boulders area being moved

Anybody else notice how they are making the routes easier by removing rocks from singletrack. Hope they not making everything easier will take out all the fun from the singletrack! Next things they will do is pave the routes for the roadies to ride on!

The 50km race is a 2 lap race and will start first at 0700. We change the direction of the lap and that promise to be a total different challenge as the previous Cansa race.

prepare for the "wall" at the recent 12hr it was a killer at the 11th hour....

this had to be the toughest lap route race i have done! richard thanks for a great event!

Was cool. Next time I hope that their are more than 1 mixed pair for the 12HR so we Dont win by default. I dont think I have ever changed gears so much over 9km! Lekker race

well since all my races are on i went from a 70 seed to a in the 40's seeding

he can cause devastation.... he doesnt like the hose but loves the fittings!! oh and he likes sponge.... and he definitely can give you the sorry face...
