Very sad. Strengh to the family's and friends!

This is truly SAD news. I wish the family of the cyclist and the driver and his family strengh in this dificult time. Even though it might be his fault, I'm sure he didn't wake up this morning and dicided to take out a group of cyclist. How many times don't we overtake somebody on the road and don't take a chance by doing so, because we dont have the patience to wait for 30 seconds before over take someone when it's safe to do so. Tryly a SAD, SAD day.

Go to this website www.chainreactioncycles.com and buy the groupset you want. Then go and buy the shock as well from them. Go to your bike shop and buy the frame you want. Have a look at doing it this way you might be supprized with the money you save, and will allow you maybe to upgrade the frame or wheelset even.

Hi Tankman You can activate the base package which is sabc1,2,3 and e-tv it will also give you channel 112 and botswana T.V. as well as supersportblitz for R225 per year. At least you will be able to see the sports highlights and the news..

Thanks for the advise guy's. I want to start my buildup for a sub 3 hour 94.7 and with saying that I need to brush of 27 min from my previuos results. As well the company I'm working for is entering the double century(sub 7 hours) so I need to fit these two races into my training goals. Who would be able to help me with some sort of advise. GO 3.0 any help? Should I start with LSR at this stage and do some SBR in between or ................?

Do you suggest doing the SBR on it's own first and then if the legs hold up try to do the lido long and the whole SBR route and cycle home from there.

If I go in at karee kloof side will I be able to access the sbr route or will it be easier to start at the protea hotel side? or are they one and the same entrance

So I haven't tried the SBR route yet but it sounds like a mountain that I need to get chipping at to break my 3 hour 94.7. Is it possible to do the Long lido loop and then incorporate SBR into it and then still make it back home in four hours? Let me know....... Slave I'm sure you will love this when you can get back into the saddle. Will the ditance be then 140KM? for the ride

LOL. If it's your first Argus you need to stop to enjoy the race, no need to grab and go dude. If you are riding for a catagory win, yes then pull a TDF but dude you need to enjoy the ride and with that comes stopping at least twice, once to drink at simons town and the second at the top of cape point, or at the water point just over the top of chappies.
