DISCLAIMER-- this race had ROLLING ROAD CLOSURE in all the leaugue groups - so crossing the white line was within racing rules. EXCELLENT marshalling by the THINK BIKE marshalls today, please correct me if i'm wrong, but this way is easier on the marshalls AND make for better racing! This is is the way the racing unfolded towards the end - elites Sarel away - i'm not sure where he went, but he was already on his own past SPier RSAweb sending guys to the front

just a couple of remarks: the REDBARS are really tasty! my experience is that people buy them initially for food on the bike, and then start eating them as a snack/meal replacement to help with weightloss another great option is BIKEFOOD bars (http://www.mybikefood.com/) and the initial 32GI chews had a problem with melting point - this has been rectified - the new ones will not melt in your pockets/car

I'm going up to SA's from Thursday next week - and will be there for the duration of SAs. I'm bringing with me another physio and a massage therapist. We are all experienced with in competition massage and promise not to kill your legs So - we are there to watch the racing, but am happy to be of service if needed. We will also be equipped with strapping (rigid and KT-tape), needles (long and short ) and whatever else is neccessary!
