...yet you've not mentioned once that you have pain when you do these ...you get your pain on the bike ... especially on a longer ride. (ie many repetitions of small movement that your body doesn't like.) and i cant help wondering if there wasnt a small and seemingly insignificant cleat postion change...)

Saudiq -- ok: you cycle for 7 years without pain. Then one day your pain starts. What changed? Don't spend any more money on any more gadgets, treatments etc etc -- just correct what you changed - your body (your knee, your ITB) doesnt like the change you made - and its trying to tell you that.

just want to make sure i understand correctly -- was there a time when you were riding painfree, or are you 'new' to longer distances on the bike?

With everybody now starting to come out of hibernation -- this serves as a reminder that we at BODYANDBIKE decided to extend our absurd massage package of a prepaid R570 which will buy you 6 x 1hour sports massages! In addition to it being SO affordable, you can also share the sessions between family members, even non sporting ones, or team members!
