  1. Anybody got a gpx file of the route?
  2. How did you manage to average over 80% MHR for 210+ min? I can maybe do it for 60min, but to average that for anything over 90min is almost impossible for me, even at race pace. :-(
  3. How do you send from Strava to Garmin to get the points? Was thinking of doing the same thing?
  4. What about storing the bike rack when not on the vehicle? Does it fold flat because those wheel clamps look like they might stick out quiet far when rack is against a wall or on the floor?
  5. Where can we get them?
  6. Dammit, I was in meetings the whole day yesterday and forgot to enter last night!!
  7. You all woeses, I had mine done in December, I'm 35 years old! :-)
  8. Wouldn't that be Andre Joubert...
  9. Hey guys Thanks for all your suggestions. Went to the doc again last Fri and she said I shouldn't ride. Went to physio on the Sat morning and she said she thought I could ride but VERY carefully... so obviously I took the physio's advice! ☺ Started the trail on Tue, rode very easy on Day 1, did 5h00. Felt ok on Day 2 but still didn't push too hard, did 7h20 and last day felt ok and did 4h25. Had a great time, glad I did it for my 3rd time.
  10. Damn, I'm in the trail, really want one of those Sani2c white ones... :-(
  11. @Acerunner : I've got exactly the same symptoms, it's just frustrating. Good luck man, hope yours clears up. I'm going to try physio to try bang the phlem out my chest. :-)
  12. True, but the point is, previous years we had lots of communication and newsletters from Judy, but this year there is nothing, and last year FG was also busy with Joberg2C and Dusi2C.
  13. Damn man, sorry to hear that!! That sucks big time.
  14. I still can't believe we haven't had ANY communication from them... :-(
  15. Thanks for all the responses guys, much appreciated!
  16. Thanks. Been taking Echinaforce for the past 2 weeks.
  17. Good idea, will do this from tomorrow. Thanks for all the feedback thus far guys, much appreciated.

  20. Thanks gents, going to get as much sleep in as possible in the next few days, thank goodness tomorrow is a public holiday.
  21. Hey guys I'm riding the Trail next week Tues and have got flu that's gone into my chest, just got a course of anti-biotics from the doc, any other suggestions?? PLEASE, I'm desperate to get rid of this! Had flu last year for Sani and absolutely died, was not fun.. Going to get a nebulizer this afternoon and try that too.
