Hi guys I'm looking at getting Sram 2x10 XX shifters and rear deraileur, but currently have a 3x10 XT crank and SLX triple FD, What are my options regarding this? Would the Sram front shifter work with my SLX FD? Would I need to change to a 2x10 crank up front? Would I need to change the FD to a 2x10 or could I adjust the 3x10? Thanks Wesley

@mrparx : A power monkey is basically like a backup battery that stores a charge. Thanks Taps, actually found that same site for the bearings just now while doing some searching. Mailed them, still waiting for a response.

The problem I have is that the one bolt that goes through the rear suspension and linkage is stripped... so need to get that linkage replaced, does anyone know where I can get it? Where could I get a pivot/bearing kit aswell?

Hi guys I have a Scott Spark 30 and the bearings and bushes need replacing apparently as well as the rear linkage (pic shown). Does anyone know where I can get a bearing kit but more importantly, a new control arm/linkage (linkage between shock and rear suspension)? Many thanks Wesley

Just wanted to mention the awesome service I received from Magnus @ CyclesOnline. Ordered a new Rudy Project Windmax helmet last week Monday evening at 6pm, received the helmet the next morning at 10am! Excellent service guys, keep it up!

What really irks me is the fact that Andrew Mclean and Jerome Swart were allowed to do a 2nd lap to help the lazy unfit ministers, yet my cousin and I were told by the race organizers in no uncertain terms that we were not allowed to ride the route twice, the penalty being a 2 year ban, to raise money for a 4 year old family member that has Burkitts Lymphoma??? Obviously the organizers have double standards with regards to enforcing rules... Especially when one cause brings more publicity to their event.
