Phytons, are they similar in tread to the RR's? The TT's i used in 2006 just didn't do it for me, they lasted but just didn't seem fast, could have something to do with my legs by stage 4 Damn Tyres are quite pricey.....

Was there as well.... sheez one fast ride... the pace was only easy once we went down Sandton City!! this was the wednesday ride with the tandem.....fast on the flats and downhills but slow on the ups(needed the break)....

well andrew M was not there on tuesday so the ride was not quick, maybe i rode in a different bunch? Todays ride i found tough, massive bunch but was wittled down to a few by Rivonia.........

they are crap, side walls are very weak and the tyre crumbles at quite a fast rate....

i'm always nervous to by a new product, rather wait and see if it holds up....
