Must say Rock and Roll gold is the best for me, I have used Purple extreme and found that it doesnt lubricate as long as the Gold but both are my favourites too!!! Mountainbike and Road tested LOL!!!
Think it is great that they fine the okes that obscure their number plates with bike racks. Its the law abide by it. Its not rocket science. Thule bike rack sorts out all the hassles, now I can make sure I get that camera fine!!! Lol!!! No Im not a Thule rep he he!!!
Only had great service from them, I must say that a lot of warranties not honoured is because of misuse from the owner. I have had both my own polar and my wifes serviced (More than once on different models) by the guys in Midrand without any hassles. Must say I wont buy any other heart rate moitor!!!

Ladies normally exchange recipes while riding (Cant call it racing) so they shouldnt fall that hard. Most of the races they (PROs) dont finish with the back markers anyway and the only South African Pros are guys like Robbie Hunter, Impey etc so there are very few around!!!
Lol I rode the Dischem ride for sight and what a sight. I havent been riding road for a while so I was seeded in G. Lol what a joke the guys from the start was bitching and moaning about keeping up the tempo and kakking on each other. After 40km they were finished anyway!! I was trying to tell some of the guys on how to ride the paceline and was told to ****off!!! So I did!!! He He!!!! After 40km that is!!! Thanks for the guys that worked together im excluding you!!! So its not much better down the seeding, just bigger wannabees!!!!! Must say and this is my own opinion that mountainbikers are much friendlier than roadies!! But I will never give up my roadbike!!!

What do they say "life is too short to practise only one sport". Cyclists overall are very arrogant, must say the runners are always friendly too me, maybe its all about attitude.
