  1. I laughed at that, she was outta there... That oomie in the blue shirt was like, THIS IS GOING TO BE GREAT AT FAMILY VIDEO NIGHT>
  2. @IceCreamMan thanks for the amazing pics!! I think this is what the season needed, the contenders to tangle. Racing is just going to get closer, As they are 20/30 seconds faster than any other driver on the grid, penalties mean nothing to them. Will not be surprised to see LATE breaking by Max in Hungary, worst you both crash out, best you carry on and other driver crashed out, middle ground, you take the place.
  3. ha ha!! ITS PRACTICE TIME!
  4. I think the cars will look better with team liveries. Will be son interesting what loop holes the teams find and exploit! If the claims are correct and following distances are closer will be great. If they went back to NA V10 100% bio fuel for 2025, they could be ugger cars and nobody would care. With formula e having a monopoly on electric and the cost cap kicking in its more likely the hybrid system gets dropped. At the moment its crazy that the most advanced/eco engine sits inside a production car and not F1 with Cosworth and is a V12.
  5. I think they are on fibre as well, not ADSL. Unfortunately for me, my fibre has not transferred to the new place yet.
  6. Pretty sure my neighbors are....
  7. Here is the article, I was out by $80 000, its actually $580k. The lower figures are useless journalist that type Richard Mille watch into google and take the first value that pops up. https://superwatchman.com/lando-norris-richard-mille-rm-11-03-mclaren-automatic-flyback/
  8. https://www.ablogtowatch.com/richard-mille-watches-expensive/ Start at $80 000 They made a custom one for Lando when he joined Mclaren. Other less custom ones owned by celebrerties have gone for a lot more than $500k.
  9. Ok, who changed Bahrains name on wikipedia to Bahrain Suspicious....
  10. Can always count on Perez to spice it up
  11. Or is there another thread?
  12. Just coming here with all the looting going on...
  13. Yeah, but I dont think we should be doping 3 year olds
  14. It it looking pretty dry.. Maybe rain on Friday so that FP1 is no help at all..
  15. So, who is excited for the new format? Some quali to watch on Friday. A little sprint on Saturday, then the main event on Sunday. I think the smart minds in the F1 teams will find ways to manipulate and make it interesting with all the park fer mey rules in place from Friday. Very interesting, 60 minutes set up, quali then a warm up, then a sprint, then the race. On a track where teams have a lot of data this is great to even it out. And yes, Norris Pole would be grand.
  16. I have seen kids put off riding their bikes but when they do get a decent ish bike they pretty far behind their peers. That has nothing to do with them, just bad equipment.
  17. Thats very kind of you lying about my weight like that for me... or how much does that+ sign add...
  18. Thanks! Hopefully the other place sells and we can do a bit of transfer
  19. See Lando was mugged of his $500k watch at Wembly after watching the soccer while he was getting into his Mclaren GT.
  20. No, his penalty points fall away this weekend luckily. Then some more fall away at the next race. Also, there were rumours that like track limits, penaly points may not always end up in a race ban.
  21. Look for Isla or Frog bikes for kids. Avoid things like disc brakes and suspension. (Not just out of principle) There was a spez hard rock the same size as Kittels Isla bike on holiday, the Spez was almost double the Isla bike weight. (this was for a 7 year old bike though). (Suspension, discs, steel frame, terrible wheels, a foot stand, reflectors, a chain guard, all adds weight the poor kids have to drag around.
  22. I thought you were going to sell them the cannondale, might be one size small for the 3.5 year old!
  23. Thanks for the reminder. I just got internet at the new place this morning. Hence I am back on the hub and keen for a little F1. Have not watched a single stage of le tour this year.
  24. So is Mick
  25. Max pitted as there was a cut on his rear tyre. If that had gone he would have limped to the pits and not been on the podium. Between the tyres, the different cars, tracks and drivers this season is thrilling. I don't think I have ever consumed this much F1 content as its such a close battle. Chainbear has pointed out that this is the closest the top 2 and 5 have been in past 25 years in the first 9 rounds of the championship. Funny, Vetel was ahead by 40 points in 2017 I think and then Ferrari did a Ferrari thing. So yeah, an amazing season with teams trying to keep an eye on next year while trying to stay ahead this year. One cannot just look at the gap at the end of the race or during it.
