  1. Make sure you don't include the same size spanner to take out those bolts, lol.
  2. Dragons contact number is on Google. 021 461 6252
  3. You should just look at the Avalanche Charge 10.
  4. Giant did this in 2015 with the Anthem SX 27.5 which was 100/120 and in 2017 they changed it to 110/130. Sure they were 27.5 and geo has progressed but Giant have played in these numbers before. These 2022 Trance 29er is 120/130 and the Trance X 27.5 is 145/160.
  5. There's Suntour Raidon 27.5 forks arriving in a week. Get your LBS to quote and/or order: SUNTOUR RAIDON XC 27.5 AIR RL-R STRAIGHT 9mm
  6. Press the menu button. The press DOWN 4 times till you see GPS. Is it on or off? Also, It will not work unless you are outside and away from any high buildings. If that doesn't work, do a Firmware update: Please note: these units are in a “DEEP SLEEP” to conserve the rechargeable batteries. To activate the units you will need to reset the unit but press all 3 buttons for at least 20 sec. This will wake the unit and it will be ready for you to perform the update press as detailed below. Customer Service Announcement The Giant Neos GPS has new firmware. Please advise all customers that this update will need to be added at purchase. The file can be found on the Giant Global website here: https://www.giant-bicycles.com/_upload/software/NeosGPS_R16.zip Download the file via a PC and unzip it. Then plug the Neos GPS into the PC using the supplied cable and copy the file across to the route directory. Once the Neos GPS is unplugged it will perform the update install and be ready for use.
  7. Hi It needs to be unbinded at server level in Taiwan. You should of got a pop up on the screen saying "email carlos@giant.......". or PM me.
  8. Anthem's take a straight 34mm double bolt seat clamp. Giant JHB should be able to help you.
  9. Giant is lifetime Warrantee
  10. It's wasn't as simple as that and not due to pressure from that bunch.
  11. Not an engineer but I've got the stuff that's under embargo. Sorry but I'm not losing my job right now so you'll have to wait.
  12. You're correct. There def 3 holes on the white Spark here: But the Contesa has none in the seat tube.
  13. The bike is under "embargo" right now. Info will come out when they're ready.
  14. and potentially void a warrantee? 2 rivnuts are not designed to hold that much weight. Extended riding over rough terrain and those rivnuts will not stand up to the side to side forces they're going to be subjected too. They'll work themselves lose sooner than later.
  15. No one is fitting 2 cages in that triangle. come to think of it. There doesn't look like there's space on the Spark either. Seem like either seat tube OR down tube but not both.
  16. I think Giant realized that Maestro works exceptionally well in the mid to long travel bikes, like the Trance and Reign. In shorter travel bikes like the Anthem they can move to this single pivot platform and get nearly the same suspension benefit but save over 200grams and make it longer lasting (less bearings and linkages to replace).
  17. It is 30.9 and uses the original 2 bolt seatclamp. No internal wedge clamp as on the previous Advanced Composite models.
  18. Giant does not have/make ladies bikes. Liv is a different brand (under the same umbrella with Giant, Cadex and Momentum) solely dedicated to ladies cycling. https://www.liv-cycling.com/int
  19. Avalanche - Local brand - Made it the East.
  20. Sorry about that. I've updated the info. 2-15 Nm (18-133 in-lb) torque range
  21. https://www.dragons.co.za/giant/gear/to023h-600000023-giant-torque-wrench-silver-221mm
  22. And these bikes would have been made in 2015 with 2014 spec parts. Those bikes and more importantly the forks have been sitting in a box/container for 4 year with no movement.
