Heard a rumour that there is a running race there tomorrow, and you wont be able to cycle? Was planning to go through tomorrow morning. Anyone else know of this?

HAHA Like you stop deadstill and perform the K53 method while cycling through every robot and stop street - common, be realistic and no I was not one of them

Is it just me or have you considered that the picture is taken in isolation, you cant see up or down the road they are going through (i.e. there was probably no cars there) and if they are going through a red light - which I'm sure everyone here has done at some time or another - the guy on the right is actually not holding up any traffic??? you cant take some arb photo and lay claim to them riding like hooligans

The case in Boksburg on Saturday morning was the drunk drivers fault It looked like a war zone ... with all the pieces of bike and the driver going over traffic islands and heaven only knows what else

I just wanted to find out if anyone else has had a problem with the valves of Fredenstein tubes leaking??? 2 of my recent punctures that were replaced with new tubes have now resulted in the tyres going flat because of air leaking out the valves???

Cytomax is great ... also try out the enervit gells etc (especially the one with the cap) for a good end of race kick!!! not cheap but good stuff

Where about in the JHB area could you go and get these sorts of tests done??
