NEW PPA EVENTS PPA Durbanville Derby – 22 April 2012 We are exploring a new road event for 22 April - watch this space for more details. PPA “Tread Lightly” Women’s MTB – 19 May 2012 Following on the success of the PPA “Heels on Wheels” all-female road event late last year, our female riders can now look forward to a great off-road event. This new MTB event will offer three routes including an easy intro to off-road riding route for beginners and newcomers (around 10km), a non-technical medium distance route as well as a more challenging route for our more experienced ladies. As with our all-female road event this event will offer various extras and amazing water points. Various lucky draw prizes will be on offer, including one for the most interesting outfit on the day. this was in a mail sent to us

how do the do the seeding for the amashova if i stay in cape town and dont do the rides in kzn

i dont set it up i use a spinbike with hr and cadence so 90+ all the way

44 and mine is 41 so 105 is high for a 16 yr old

its going to b a long day for you. try to do some more long rides

want to do a 3.10 on the shova so this winter it will be work
