glad everyone is ok.sick and tired of living in this crime ridden society ,had some affirmative shoppers at my house this morning at 2am.Luckily i woke up and called the cops im (their responsewas brilliant and we actually caught five f#$%^&*s.thanks to sunnyside police job well done.

A good start is to spend some time on your bike playing around slowly.ride over small obstacles try tight turns without feet down.do this every day for a short time to build confid in your balance and bike control this all helps when you start to go faster.there is to much to type but a few basics are. move your weight back,elbows up.look ahead.do not try to fight the bike let it go. hope this helps but important to spend time and have fun.

hi there .I got a small hole in the sidewall of my brand new set of rocket ron schwable tubeless tyres .i have plugged it and it seems to be holding pressure but i am going to be doing the Isuzu 3 towers in two weeks time and dont want to have tyre hassles at the event.I also dont feel like buying new tyres again. is there a way to patch the inside of the tyre even if it has stans liquid inside the tyre.if anyone knows of a solution please let me know.thanks.

MY PERSONAL OPINION WOULD BE A NICE RIDGID HARDTAIL THEY ARE RESPONSIVE ,LIGHT AND ALL THE POWER GOES STRAIGHT TO THE WHEEL ,I THINK THE ONLY FS OPTION FOR ME WOULD BE A CANNONDALE SCALPEL THAT WAS IF THE BUDGET WOULD ALLOW.

did the 35km was very scenic the organising was good as was the venue and so on but from a MTB point of very it was boring no adrenaline rush no skills needed just pedal .i was a bit disapointed ,when i go to the land of MTB I EXPECT TO FIND A GOOD MTB ROUTE AND NOT JUST A ROAD RIDE.ALSO THAT "PASTA MEAL"NOW THAT WAS A SHOCKER.

SAW THE COVERAGE OF THIS EVENT ON TV LAST YEAR AND IT LOOKED LEKKER SO ONTO MY LIST OF EVENTS TO .TILL I SAW THE PRICE R450 FOR A 75 AND 40 OR R350 FOR JUST THE 4OKM .THESE OKES MUST BE SMOKING SOMETHING.
