  1. hold your finger were the top half of your fork goes into the bottom half and do the same brake test then you could feel the movement if there is any, otherwise go with turtleks idea
  2. you could just adjust it, before that tho chech the play isn't by the fork stantions, to adjust the headset just loosen the stem bolts and turn the screw inwards on the top cap till the play is gone and the fork also turns smoothly
  3. in sabie its hard to find a venue that has sufficient space for 900 riders plus there families and cars, i think they have a perfect venue considering the demands, maybe next year they can try and get large rubber mats like the ones they put over cricket fields or maybe those grid mats for the muddy days to prevent the fields from being destroyed, immagine you lent them your lovely school field with grand stand and they wreck it, would you want them back coz i doubt most people would, they really have come along way but they have done well, on my side i had a great first day, got a 23rd overall second day we were in about 9th or 10th when my derailer broke and rode single speed to the end for a 35th. on day three my team mate pulled out for some reason so took it easy from there and same on day 4, nice too see some hubbers and plenty familiar faces
  4. never really thought about doing that, sounds like a good plan also check your fox's stantion with your finger nail and look for maybe a small small scratch, that could be also cutting into your seal lightly and causing the leak
  5. well we got the same problem on two fox's and the bike shops have decided that its normal
  6. Hey little-ben' date=' must've been tough! How did you and your dad do?[/quote'] well the weather made the day super tough and with around 30ks to go my team mate pulled out so i ended up finishing alone, dad and my uncle road well also tho,

  9. found out after the 18km hill we were only 5mins behind the leaders and in 11th or 12th position, must have gotten to around 9th or 10th by about 38 ks den it was hell from there, hoping for a top 10 or 15 tomorrow but we will see how that goes
  10. looks like we lost that 23rd today, 38ks in my hanger broke and my chain, only managed a 35th today with like a 4h22m dropped from about14th to 35 after loosing 45 mins over 40ks
  11. its pretty large, i havn't seen it all but we wern't allowes to ride one side but it has serious potential for awesom riding, cant wait to ride it all, its really great out there

  14. type 1 doesn't have these crazy fast A-C bunch men to pull them to the end so when type 2 has to ride according to tactics and possibly being pushed to the front to work they may realise that they just are not as strong as they thought, ive been through that to as a male when i thought hmm im riding just as fast as the juniors untill i rode with them for the first time and got dropped at like the quarter mark.
  15. im also pretty excited to ride it, from what i hear it sounds amazing, its also nice to just get out and have something new to ride now and then, do you know when they going to have the full park up and ready with all trails?
  16. feeling pretty yuk on the bike today. dads not allowed to eat and he may be discharged tomorrow luckily, will send your regards to him for you maybe arrange a ride through the rest of the park sometime, sad we didn't get to see it all but after today i would love to go through and see the restLittle-Ben2008-11-20 14:26:30

  24. i agree with mint, if you can afford it then buy it and make people drool
  25. I might be a fan of ZIPPs but the the Corimas would get my votes for quality and just all round performance and great looks. the zipps are abit common so its nothing to really rave about these days although they are an awesom set of wheels if you use them for the right job eg a TT, pity you not riding campy coz then it would only be Boras
