OK so tube is out.... Right take a pair of pliars.... 1 Take off the little rounded piece off the valve ie you unscrew it to pump up your tyres.... 2 Now grab the little piece that is loose in the valve, as it can fall down the valve 3 Be carefull and catch it through the tube, its long so shouldn`t fall out completely and get lost inside the tube. So pinch it through the tube 4 Pump in your Slime 5 Slide thingie back into valve 6 Screw round thing back on 7 All done and BOB is your uncle.... Now go play and practice
