Haha! Actually I do both MTB and Trail running and I dont know why it is such an issue. I always hear the MTB'ers coming from a mile away and get out of the way. In anycase if you run on trails with a MP3 player - you are doing it wrong buddy (except Ryan Sandes - he is allowed to do it)

I have been training my closeline so beware MTB'ers. I will get physical from now on. And in anycase, it is better training (and safer) to carry a tire-iron with me on my runs.

I believe Trail Runners should enjoy the right of way always. They leave a smaller carbon footprint in anycase. I havent heard of an antelope choking on Gu gels from trail runners, only form MTB'ers. Oh and also they have more respect for nature as a whole. I also feel that MTB'ers should all wear clearly marked numbers on the front and back so that if we trail runners see them acting untoward, we can hand in their details and they can get a ban or something. I am tired of you MTB'ers acting as if you own the trails. The audacety is shocking.

Also dont forget the following:- 1.) Auz are hurting and they are tired. If they dont bat first Friday it will be a catastrophe. However the only worst thing for them than not to bat Friday is to bat and be all out on day one. About time Steyn hits his straps................ 2.) Auz will be chasing the game as they need to win to gain top spot. If we draw, we remain number one. So in our first innings we will not declare until we get 700 on the board...... They need to chase the game...... 3.) In view of the above I really think they will rather choose a top-heavy batting side and therefore choose Elgar, McClaren and Petersen instead of Tahir and Kleinveld who dont offer too much with the bat. Imagine the Auzzies hearing we have strengthened our mid to lower order after having us 45 for 3 and then not be able to bowl us out............ This however assuming Kallis is injured. If not he should come in for Elgar. 4.) The other interesting thing is that it seemed Auz struggles to bowl to our right handers more recently.... Hopefully Amla can come off again....
