Exactly... my Niner steel fork seems to have a little more clearance. I'm running a carbon fork at the moment so haven't fitted a 3.0" tyre in the steel fork - know guys who have comfortably done so. Nice Singular BTW

Yip. It 'arcs' at the top off the steerer as opposed to the narrower carbon fork.

50mm rim with 3.0" rubber runs in a steel Niner fork. Won't fit the rear though.

Well I hope they get a ride on the bike . Great bike - I enjoyed mine so much after I sold it, I've gone and bought another one.

Please tell me that's your garage, where the bike got built... and not the bike shop where the bike go t built... This machine deserved to be built up lovingly by it's owner... Nice ride.

Beaut ride - welcome to the Ninerd club. Keep an eye on that tensioner. Those sprung tensioners have a tendency to allow chain drops off the front chain ring on rough terrain.

Riiiight... I'll do that right before I put a tensioner on, run it SS (or claim it a fixie!) with flat bars and call myself a Hipster...!

So, I've been fortunate enough to land up with a Look KG-481SL. She's got a few corrosion issues around the head tube (see pics)... any comments, advice, precautions?
