  4. Any thoughts about sufferfest and zwift, if it works for you or what you use? My brother has 10 email account which he uses to sign in every now and again to get the free trial for 15-20 days I think.
  5. We don't get to do a lot of races. His ftp improved significantly from 265 beginning this year to 285 last month. His age can play a big role. The 94.7 was his first and only race this year, so there's nothing to compare it with except his ftp.
  6. This guy trained 2/3 days a week this year. I'm sure it's his diet.
  7. My vegan brother who is one year older than me rode the 94.7 in 2:39 He didn't even train hard for it due to exams. Just note he doesn't have a coach or an expensive bike. I defenitely think it's his vegan diet????

  9. You can't compare the long term affects of vaping to veganism. If you have a major dificiency in your diet then you will know within a month. It's not like smoking/vaping where you'll know you have problems within a year.
  10. No man. It's only clickbate. The doctor speaking in the whole video does recommend a plant based diet. He only said that the other doctors don't recommend a vegan diet is because they make more money off of you if you are unhealthy.
  11. Well it is proven by a lot meat eater doctors that a vegan diet can reverse the affects of heart disease. It's not always possible to prove everything with 100% science. A great deal of science relies on these type of studies where the doctors have to ask the patients how they are doing and improving.

  16. Hey guys. I have an enlarged boob. Only on the one side. I went to the house docter and she said it was gynecomastia. I then went to a specialist doctor and he said that it's cosmetic and that the medical aid won't pay to have it removed. He also said I have to wait till I'm 18 it might or might not go away. Its defenitely not going away, 70grams of fat doesn't just disappear. It bothers me a bit. So do you guys know if such a thing is really cosmetic or not?

  18. I'm not doubting my diet, I'm just asking from a cyclist point of view what can cause cramps.. Like I said, 55km is easy for me as I ride a 3-4 hr distance ride every week.
  19. You can lose weight easily on a plant based diet if you don't eat right. I've actually gained 1.5kg in a month
  20. There were some things I didn't like too. Some of the stuff was a bit dumb and I would of liked the movie to be more scientific... I did the 94.7 mtb today (55km). Got seeded in the 18th bath. I never had a more k#@ race in my life. I started to cramp just after 20 km. I do 3-4 hour distance ride every week and feel perfectly fine. Foods high in magnesium are bananas, whole grain, seeds etc. And I eat those stuff everyday. So if it wasn't low magnesium that made me cramp then what could it be?
  21. 60% of all our crops goes to animals. And I regurgitate my facts?!? And just think how much water is used for all those crops.

  24. I don't touch procced soy products, not that it's bad. I only eat whole soy products because it's cheaper.
  25. actually not.That's the exact opposite of what will happen. All the cow and pig feed they use causes famine especially in poor African countries. That food can feed way more people than what their meat can feed people
