  1. But if you guys know this why do you still eat meat. If you know that animals are being tortured and abused, why do you still do it. You can't say it's not all farm because it is.
  2. Your comment brings no value to me at all. This is the platform and we have the right to express ourself on this forum. So by saying this you're saying that all vegans are bad people. I agree what the hairdresser did was not right.
  3. Commaan. Let's try tomorrow then
  4. Stop trying to act smart.
  5. No its No Nut November apparently. Meaning no ????️????
  6. Some rice cakes I made for when I go ride,it has sesame seeds and a little bit of sugar in. OK Patch it's sort of a deal I think.
  7. That's good to hear. Everyone I know includes meat with their dinner every single night of the week. It's really sickening if you think about it, can't people just go without meat for only one day of the week. It's only one day, but unfortunately that's to much to ask.
  8. 6×5min
  9. This is what a ate today after some easy intervals. What I don't understand is that I took this picture and it was 4MB and bikehub only allows 3.something MB. So I sent this picture to my friend so that he can send it back to me and then the picture lost its size??
  10. I wonder how to send pictures???? How can a single picture be to big to upload!?
  11. By sticking to a plant diet, you mostly eliminate many inflammatory foods and improve your RECOVERY time between workouts and after injuries. Some vegan athletes have found that removing gluten from their diets also reduces inflammation and improves recovery time. Inflammatory foods are mainly meat and fried foods. Eggs I could say is ok (if you like eating chicken periods).. But I've seen improvement in my recovery. I don't cycle as much now because it's end year exams but that I can tell you is a huge benefit.
  12. It's only B12 and calcium powder I take. Last time I checked everyone I know takes multivitamins and pills. So stop try and justify everything we have to say. I include 1 and a 1/2 of seeds into my diet which is very high in omega 3. I eat spinach and beetroot everyday and I never felt better in my life these couple of months. Just go do your homework and go have a look what nutrients meat has and what plant based stuff there is so substitute it with. My brother has been a vegan long enough to actually see if he benefitted from it and he would of given up if he haven't found result in it. His ftp was 265 beginning this year and today it was 295 and he only trained 5 hours a week this year because he wants to focus on schoolwork and tennis: 3 and a half hour longride with 2 interval days a week... He was shocked to see how much he improved with little training. Let's see how well he does with this year's 94.7 last year he did it in 2:43
  13. That I have no problem with. God gave us animals to eat and he said everything is good...BUT God didn't give us processed meat. 1 serving of processed meat a day increases some cancer to 18% https://www.pcrm.org/good-nutrition/nutrition-information/processed-meatIf people could only cut stuff like that out of their diets. I'm vegan because of the health reasons. But not like my brother for moral reasons.
  14. 2.4micrograms isn't really enough. They say that even meat eaters don't get enough B12 in... I'm not sure how much meat that is, I would probably say 300g of beef. BTW they feed cows B12 because even they don't get enough of it.
  15. That's basically the only supplement we take. Stats have proven that vegans life way longer than meat eaters do. My iron levels are very high because I eat spinach every night. I also eat half a head of broccoli every night, broccoli is higher in protein than meat per calorie.
  16. White-Glove definition.. providing or involving meticulous care, attention, or service. "you went to the best restaurant in town where they gave you white-glove service" From Oxford Still don't get it?
  17. Most animals get B12 from dirt and fecal matter ingested with the grass and forage they eat. It's not a natural bacteria in their gut but it does grow in their gut. But I don't see the point you're trying to make.
  18. My brother did, she said there's not much to it than taking a few supplements. B12 is one of the important things vegans don't get in. It's only found in meat, but animals don't produce B12, B12 is produced by bacteria....
  19. No that was another kid called Kyle Tolmay a$$hole.
  20. OK morne. Just had to answer some of my questions.
  21. Your a bully for calling a kid a moron. Grow up.
  22. I know right! Just ignore these guys. I talked about veganism on a different thread and they got mad.
  23. The guy didn't even mention some of the most important aspects. He didn't even mention how foggy your bloods plasma was when eating meat compared to not eating meat. He did talk about the Penis thing but the study cleary showed that your boners are more erected at night time than meat-eaters boners...
  24. I've been avoiding meat completely for 2 months before and only drank milk, that didn't made me a vegan, it's just recently for 2 weeks I started to go completely vegan.
