    It's my birthday this Tuesday???????? and I baught myself a secondhand XX1 derailleur and Gx 11 speed shifter and an XT casset, cost me R900 total. I baught the new parts because my old 10 speed derailleur wouldn't shift lekker no matter how hard I tried. Today I took the old 10 speed parts off and saw that my derailleur hanger's bolts were loose???? and that's why it shifted so crap.

    yeah but still. Its not possible to forge the picture of the payment. ????????‍♀️

    Hey guys, I have a minor problem with a hubber. He doesn't want to accept a picture of my mom's computer of the payment as proof of payment. We have different banks and it might take a while. Can a picture of payment be considered as a valid proof of payment.

    Without the almond industry the bee industry wouldn't even exist. What causes the death of the bees are pesticides and fungicides and some other stuff, I say it's on the beekeepers to stop hiring there bees out to almond farms until the almond farms comes up with a solution. Just remember that California grows 77% of the world's almonds.

    The seal creates friction the wrong way around but if the seal is the right way around then water and gunch can easily get in

    Ok so I went to sprocket and Jack and the mechanic told me greenside cycles replaced the freehub with the wrong freehub. There's this seal that goes around the freehub and because greenside f#@ked up the seal can't fit tightly and is super loose. If I flip the seal the other way (wrong way) around then the hub is super tight... So instead of greenside telling my friend that they made a mistake they lied to him and told him the bearings are seized. I'm very capable of servicing my own hub, I baught this hub from my friend for R200. It's a novatec hub with a new XD freebody. Only possible solution is to get the right seal, or just get my 200 rand back so that my friend can sell it to someone else on the hub.

    Greenside cycles told me the hubs bearings are seized but I've replaced the bearings 3 months ago?

    My valentines date isn't going to get chocolate as n feel that its unvegan like. Might get her a spinache bouquet. You'll be surprised how the kids in my grade feel about veganism. Most of my class mates thinks it's cool but they only think it's cool because 2 of the hottest girls are vegan????

    Now that I want to put some weight on so that I can look more attractive I have to eat a lot more, I calculated it and I have to eat 7 cans of bake beans worth of food everyday to fatten up. So then I get to poop 2 times a day.

    I went to spur and ate the bean burger. It was really good. I wouldnt be surprised if the chef cooked my pattie on a contaminated grill, knowing how the spur operates.

    Can any of you guys might recommend what sufferfest workouts is best suited for track and xco cycling? Or even have some tips on how to train like an xco athlete.

    I know theres a lot of people who eats meat that don't take pills. But my point is just supplementation isn't just a vegan thing.

    I've heard this one before and they said that you'll feel good in the short run but that it will gradually decrease within 3,6,9 months or even 2 years. That's total crap, if your not going to eat right you'll experience a deficiency within 2 weeks, not months. They also said that everyone is going to supplement once they go vegan and that all those supplements is bad for the environment. Possibly the only supplement production that's bad for the environment is omega 3 and algea farming. There's a lot of NON vegans who still supplement and I speak for all vegans when I say that we don't pop pills like drug adics, I take 3 ciplatron and 2 magnesium pills a week and thats it. I have a friend who's not even a vegan who drinks 5 pills every morning.. The skinny guy said that not all plant protein has enough amino acids or all of them in one type of plant(I agree) but then saying that meat protein is a higher quality protein then completely ignores the scientific proof that it absorbs and processes hard thus not gaining the actual amount of protein. Looks to me like they are also cherry???? picking. Also completely ignoring the fact that animals eat half of all the crops that is produced.

    Hahah lol. People do hate us, it's not even a roadie thing. Every once in a while I get told to f*@% off when riding at Delta Park where people walk their dogs. People just hate cyclists in general. Just remember that there is usually a lot of pebbles on the side of the road.

    Just some New Years leftovers. My grandfather is very religious and is the founder of 'Word for the World' He wasnt very happy with the vegan thing because it was his 4th time visiting this December and was fed vegan. He got a micro-aggression and told my brother and I that this 'thing' is bad and it's becoming a religion of it's own. He braught carrot cake that had raw egg in it and I was sortof forced to eat it. He thought the diet was good and all but he felt like we were taking it too far.
