I know that we more often complain about bad service, but there are times when good service needs to be complimented. I was in the market for a bike for my son, phoned around most of the shops in the area, Ashley at Cyclelab was superb - arranged everything quickly and all for a good price as well. I have always thought that Cyclelab only looked after the upper end of the market - but I was pleasantly surprised. I will definately be back there very soon as now I need to get one for the wife also.

That is then the third bike shop in Durbanville, central and Geco at Cape Gate and then CWC and Cyclelab. Seems like the competition is getting hot. May be a few too many shops though for them all to survive.

Hi Skunk It is an interesting one 53/39 with 12/26 should get you anywhere. If you go 50/34 then you would need to go smaller at the back which will put you back in the same place you were. 53/39 is the most common selection as far as I know. Just my thoughts
