  1. Yip, Litespeed Siena
  2. Dunno, bought mine with a whole lot of other stuff from www.glorycycles.com so shipping and duty makes it hard to give an exact amount. But here some pics for you of my bike. By the way, for added bling factor, buy the brake and gear cables in different colours and you can mix and match the individual links.
  3. I don't think you can go wrong with either, go with the one you prefer. Jason rekons I-Links are fantastic, I have Nokon and they are damn nice with plenty bling factor. I can't comment on I-Links but I bought Nokon purely because a lot of weight weenie bikes and bike porn shots have Nokon cables and the bling capabilities of Nokons make my bike unique.
  4. Tell you what, if Gary Beneke or any other 'influencial' cyclist puts his head in an oven and gases himself, I am certainly not going to feel the need to do the same. You can't force someone not to be stupid, but if you have half a brain yourself, you are not going to be influenced by their stupidity either, and quite frankly, it is not your problem anyway.
  5. Must be, he's got the hots for big Germans called Jens
  6. Hey, someone has to tell the truth, even if it hurts!!
  7. Ja you should change your racing wheels as well. Those zipps don't do that bike justice. The only thing fast on a pair of zipps is the sticker!!
  8. Dude, what is that thing holding your saddle? Do you need a hand to ride that bike?
  9. My opinion is to keep the one that looks better on your bike, as thats the only difference you will ever notice.
  10. If I buy the green one, won't I then experience the green house effect? I have been told this is undesirable.
  11. The reson why i ask is purely for comfort. The lighter narrower less padded saddles will feel like an uncomfortable wedgie to a big butted individual, where as the wider more padded ones are obviously more comfy. Cyclelab lets you test ride different saddles so maybe you should pop down there first before you fork out R1k or more for a sore backside. Like all things in life, saddles are really just personal preference and what is good for one may be bad for another.
  12. How big is your bum?
  13. When u bought it I bet it 'FELT' good!
  14. Look, Time will tell, but in the end it is the Speed you wanna Play and how you Crank it Brother!!
  15. What do you need better brakes for? They only make you go slower
  16. Your dad or the mongoose? If your dad is getting on in years a hip or knee replacement might benefit him.
  17. There are stupid people on this planet as well!!!
  18. Where from sammajoor? Looking for 9 speed for a stationary trainer of mine.
  19. I can refer you to a good cycling coach if you are interested in him drawing you up a training program based on power
  20. Thanks for all the advice guys. I will try all your recommendations (over time) and see which one I prefer.
  21. Got my first puncture!! So the big question is, what is the best tubby glue to use?
