My race was good, i manged to take a whole 70min out last years time. shows what some training can do. Hey Keith what was your time.

so we had a pleasant breakfast ride on sat morning. A nice gentle ride to Umhlanga and back. (No getting lost this time)<?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> the weather was great and we could not have asked for more. here as the pics from after the ride.
