Nothing, the bike cost R25. Jan, Ane and Piet give R9 each thus giving R27 less the R25 that the bike cost give the R2 the Karel still has.

From what i have heard it increases power to weight output. ie: one would increase the height or distance that one could spring with a single effort. thus increaseing the power output.

Yes you can wear it on your arm and it comes with a bike mount and a wirless speed sensor.

Polar CS300 is what i would choose. But then that is me. Works really well, and can get a cadence sensor for it aswell.
